About the Artist
Samiha was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh. She portrayed an aptitude for painting from a young age and started her first painting lesson by emerging into the world of art at the age of 5. Later, she joined an institution, Artist Jesmin Jahan Jhuma, Artbeat Academy by Fahad Miaze & Jolerdhara Fine Arts, that was founded by her mentor, Shohag Parvez.
Samiha has always been fascinated by the serenity of the countryside, which led her to explore different locations like villages to capture those timeless beauties in her paintings and sketches. Her areas of expertise include watercolor and acrylic painting alongside many other techniques. Her creative abilities flourished as she indulged herself in different painting styles such as landscapes, still life, portraits and abstract compositions.
